Digital Marketing Specialist

Pay Rate: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum + permanent employee benefits
We are currently recruiting for a number of Digital Marketing Specialists for a large Engineering Group based in Foston, Derbyshire.
Our client specialises in providing the most advanced manufacturing technology solutions on the market. Across four divisions, their work covers supplying and servicing multi-sensor measuring equipment, 3D printing, tool pre-setting and inspection, as well as turned-part measurement solutions.
To support their ambitious growth strategy, we are now looking to add a number of Digital Marketing Specialists accross their dynamic and fast-paced marketing team. Working across all brands within the group, this is a truly varied role with exciting opportunities to gain broad experience in the full marketing mix.
Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, you will be working alongside an in-house Marketing Specialist and a PR, communications and social media expert.
Applicants must be fast learners, up for a challenge and willing to bring a fresh enthusiasm to the table.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the group SEO efforts across 5 core sales websites, ensuring our content is SEO rich.
Maintain company e-commerce (material supplies) website.
Manage day to day PPC campaigns for maximum lead generation, in conjunction with an agency.
Maintain company websites through WordPress CMS – identifying key opportunities for improvement.
Ensure website content/product ranges are up-to-date and in line with OEM websites.
Create lead-gen optimised landing pages.
Work collaboratively with the wider marketing team to create engaging content for a variety of mediums.
Develop and implement link building strategy.
Work closely with the marketing manager to create high-impact promotional campaigns across all touch points.
Execute tests, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in organic and paid campaigns.
Be the Hubspot Champion, provide training to other members of the Marketing Team and wider team.
Essential Requirements:
Degree (or equivalent) in marketing or related field of study.
Highly organised with an ability to multi-task.
Previous experience in a digital marketing role.
A can-do attitude.
Creative mindset.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong IT skills - proficient in use of full Microsoft suite.
Ideal Requirements:
Experience of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign or Photoshop).
Previous experience of CRM.
Previous experience of marketing automation software (ideally Hubspot).
